While in between locations my family and I had no choice but to make arrangements and stay at the Extended Stay America. We were not thrilled about the idea however upon arrival, Alisha was wonderful and so accommodating she went above and beyond to meet our needs! I would definitely recommend this hotel!! Thank you!
My boyfriend and I were kinda nervous about booking a room here due to the reviews but checking in last night the night staff made us feel alot safer about this location. I believe his name was Dominick, after he ensured us about our stay and explained how the new management is turning this location around we decided to take his word. After staying for the night we recommend this location. We will definitely be returning to this location sometime in the future. Thank you!
My experience staying at the hotel has been positive. I can’t say enough about the people that work the front desk. They go above and beyond to make your life easy. They are very friendly and care about their guests. I have seen this first hand. The hotel is clean and the accommodations are comfortable. The hotel is in a prime location. It is next to the highway, grocery store and a short drive to a number of different other stores.
The room was very clean. Weed was smelled outside but it's legal so? Clean nice room for a reasonable price. Breakfast included sucks. Grab and go? A few bars and a couple hard boiled eggs. The amount of money paid deserves better Breakfast
Nice motel in the heart of Providence. Only credit card no cash . 100 deposit is required . High quality motel very clean very safe $110 a night is reasonable. Continental breakfast everyday . Good costumer service thanks for your good service the $100 deposit you can turn into another night
The location is a little out of town (this is obvious from the map when you book) and the rooms could do with some new furniture as bits as a little shabby, but the staff are genuinely amazing, and so keen to help with anything. Despite shabbiness of certain bits of the room, it was spotless when we arrived. Janet (I think) was really helpful with check in. Thanks to the team. For the price of the hotel, I think it’s a decent offering.
